I really really like this hat and would love to have the skills to make it. Too bad my crocheting is still sooooo crooked :p Oh well. Does anyone have any other cute kitty hat patterns? Maybe knittable ones? Is there anyone who has tried or would like to try this one? Let me know!

Okay okay okay. I know I suck and haven't been posting. But that's gonna change :p
These are things that Have happened recently:
I got a job at Bruster's serving ice cream.
I became addicted to Dino sundaes.
I finished the cat bed.
I moved into my first apartment.
The internet was ded for a while.
It's fixed and I can breathe again.
And I cut my hair.

The knitting club

Well we're all moved in now! [for the most part anyway] It definitely feels like home to me. I finished the cat bed but am not supposed to get the cat until tomorrow in printmaking lab. I'll post pictures of it as soon as i get time to take them. :] In the meantime knitting club was Thursday, and we decided we wanted to spend it sitting in the sun. No one actually knit anything though. Brittany worked on an anklet.

Katie made some real progress on her cross stitching.

AHHHH!

I have not fallen off of the face of the earth. I have just been working very very hard to get things in order before move-in day [tomorrow]. All of my blogging time has been spent knitting, trying to finish the catbed before the kitten gets here. I would hate for him not to have any thing cozy to sleep in. Soooo until I finish it, here is my crazy knitting face:

Okay, so this is not my kitty, and the catbed is far from finished. BUT I will be living with this kitty. [he belongs to my future roomate] I was just sitting on the couch and had my pile of finished catbed bits next to me while I was knitting. Nibbler came right up and layed down on top of it! So, at least I know someone will be enjoying it when it's finished. The only problem is that Nibbler is stil a kitten, and is already almost to big for it! [He's going to be massive.] Oh well. Hopefully my kitten will like it this much too. We move in Friday! We went today just to look around again, and the ladies were already there cleaning everything out for us. I still can't quite believe it's happening. My own place with my own cat. [+1boy and 2not quite mine cats] I like it. A lot.

In other news: I would really like to be able to make it to the top of the stairs in the cultural center without feeling half dead. Maybe it would help if I ate something besides cookies and tacos.
